“Biblioteca de Dança” é uma instalação coreográfica na qual artistas ocupam uma biblioteca e transformam seus corpos em livros dançantes.

Em um espaço feito para reunir ficção, história, teoria e poesia, dançarinos  narram/performam coreografias que assistiram e marcaram suas vidas. Ao redor das mesas da biblioteca, artistas e públicos compartilham diferentes “contações coreográficas de histórias” de modo íntimo e relacional.

A “Biblioteca de Dança” foi desenvolvida em três contextos internacionais de residência artística: Akademie Schloss Solitude (Stuttgart – Alemanha), #StationONE – Service for Contemporary Dance (Belgrado – Sérvia) e Graner – Centro de creación del cuerpo y el movimiento (Barcelona – Espanha), com apoio da Fundação Nacional das Artes (Funarte).

“Dance Library" is a choreographic installation in which artists occupy a library and transform their bodies into dancing books.

In a space made to gather fiction, history, theory and poetry, dancers narrate / perform remarkable choreographies they've watched. Around library tables, artists and audiences share a "choreographic storytelling" ritual in an intimate and relational way.

The "Dance Library" was developed in three international artistic residence contexts: Akademie Schloss Solitude (Stuttgart - Germany), #StationONE - Service for Contemporary Dance (Belgrade - Serbia) and Graner - Body and Movement Creation Center - Spain), with support from the National Arts Foundation (Funarte).
